So based on these facts, the best receiving corps in the B1G clearly belongs to Indiana. With Purdue, Iowa, and Minnesota, in some order, next. Is that your assessment? I don't have my own rankings, so I'm not arguing. Just wondering if these facts are truly conclusive.
