There's usually some game watches in north Dallas but I haven't heard if anyone is going out to watch or not. I tried to see if anyone was going out in a mother thread but it was very silent. What part of Dallas?

Usually the DFW I-Club holds multiple game watches for each game but haven't seen anything for tonight... Anyone know details of any watches or anyone want to get beers for the game?

agree- i'm a fan overall of mayday... and he's usually a big Iowa guy, but there are times he tries too hard with his analysis and sometimes says things that just sound a bit "off"

Just because he's a "supporter" it doesn't take him off the hook for stupid comments- knock his arse around... it's healthy.

personally- i found nothing from that press conference that proved or disproved any potential "failed tests" rumors. while i will agree that it was completely reckless posting by some to get information out from "reports" (which by the way... you are not reporting... you are speculating...)...

Has anything deeper come out as to why these names have been chosen? I admit that I haven't really looked that hard- but assume there has to be some lengthy rationale and discovery phase that took place as to why they are called what they are.

I tend to agree with you--but when it happens to the all-time leading receiver at the school you root root root for, surface perception can often lead to it can happen anywhere and everywhere. Plenty of time doesn't always work for everyone unfortunately in our "be the first to know" society-...

To be fair, some of these "new posters" can have some decent information because of relationships they may have on campus or other areas. That being said- lots do not and are putting out BS.

It may not be that you're just old- but you obviously don't understand social media if you find it ridiculous. Your list is actually pretty good- just remember to use your keen skills of evaluation when listening to the rumors.

I kind of think if we win in dominating fashion, it will kind of be one of those "well where the heck has that been?!" moments.
