The only people I hear who preface their opinions with "this is just my opinion, but" are non-PC folk. The PC folk preface their opinions with nothing. Funny thing is, I've met so very few real life PC people. They seem to exist mainly on the internet.

This doesn't read like an opinion. It reads like Dave is telling us he is right. At least Jon mentions in his article he welcomes counter-opinions, and is far more insightful and well written.
