I agree- she had a win-win choice financially, but given there was already some mis-informed criticism out there about the so called "extra year" she had to set the records, this way those idiots will be silenced, and in my opinion moving onward is going to be viewed by many as the high road...

Though for selfish reasons many wanted her to stay, I think this is the correct move on her part. Dammit.

For those of you that have never been to the french quarter in New Orleans, cafe du monde is that thin tar they serve at the French Market. That shit can sober up a drunken pit bull.

I am not overly optimistic on this game. As much as I passionately despise the Illini, i just don’t foresee a W today. Of course i thought the same at the Izzone, so my gut feelings aren’t worth twat…… Hope the boys surprise the crap outta me again!

It is a different lifestyle. When I was a young’un, hanging around the river, fishing, it was all part of growing up. Older, we were boating and skiing, camping on the islands and becoming food for mosquitoes, arguing the merits of Bud vs Blue. There are worse ways to grow up……..
