But let's not fool ourselves here. Iowa gets about 7 easy games in the Big Ten. It's a great conference, but pretty weak at the bottom and comparable to the B12 there. I saw today that the B10 and B12 have the same number of teams in the top 45 on KenPom.
Yeah, I know, but according to Ryno, the Big Ten is da bomb, and any win is a signature win.
Minny is beatable at Iowa, and the Hawks gotta think they can steal a road win against a good team. They did it last year, and they are much improved.
Some of you noted the impressive meltdown of Cyclone fans after losing to Texas Tech. Then came a big win against a top 15 team and everything is swell.
The season is not over for you. Things can and will change.

There are probably more, but it is a pain to post them from my tablet.
I also think that you would be one of the respectful ones, but it has been demonstrated here multiple times that wishes that Fred's heart would explode or jokes about Stevie Hicks jumping off a bridge are not just tolerated, but celebrated. I haven't seen too many people shout those posters...
I am quite sure you would be respectful, but I don't have the same faith in others here that have proven they don't respect the health or death of other Cyclones.
I have no problem with any of the coverage. Street was a great player who died tragically, and way too soon.
Where you lose me is yukking it up here at HN over Hoiberg's heart blowing up or Stevie Hicks' suicide, then getting all upset that some Clones don't understand the Chris Street...
I thought the same thing about the Clone loss last night. It could go either way, but I am betting Fran can turn it into a positive. He is a good coach.
A very similar nut punch was delivered to the Clones last night. I only caught the last 10 minutes, but you guys must have played pretty well, especially considering Marble was out. Could be a confidence builder for the team.
