He is right and he is wrong. Georgia that year could have walked up to the line and screamed the play at the defense and probably still won. But, the continual denial that it did not impact games is rampantly stupid. There is a reason sign stealing is illegal. Knowing what the offense is about to run is about the biggest advantage a defense can have!!! None of these people, including Harbaugh, should ever be allowed to coach in college again.
