Jon, If Ferentz were to step down today, do you have any faith in the current Iowa admin that they would hire the right replacement? Or are we at the point where change is needed so desperately that we are willing to take that chance? Personally I would love to see Deace's suggestion...

I was having a conversation with someone tonight who said that the main ingredient to the success of any organization is chemistry, and that great leaders, coaches, CEOs, etc... know how to create that chemistry. He also said that Ferentz lost the ability to do that 4-5 years ago.
