I think they let them in right before the game after knowing the ticket count. Obviously less tickets than empty seats and they would have to move for late shows. I am not sure of all of the details but announcers said it was because of all the no shows due to weather. Local people might come...

Just heard that Villanova gave away 750 tickets tonight because they knew the weather would keep some fans away. With a storm predicted for tomorrow, Iowa should consider doing something like this. There are certainly logistics to consider, but CHA needs to be nearly full and rocking!
