The sad part is that I think Iowa would have a lot more success running the ball against this D if they could at least execute PA to the TE, like the old days. Vandenberg looks totally lost. At this point, he is basically a Christensen clone. Very disappointing.

i'm thinking the same. john miller and the crew keep saying new offense causes the problem. new offenses don't throw bad passes and make bad decisions. being just a little bit mobile wouldn't hurt either. excuses like i heard on sound off are just that: EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I know is that Vandenberg was bad last season....but he wasn't THIS bad.

I am scared for the future because it doesn't appear that Davis has been able to figure out a way to allow Vandy to use his strengths on the football field. He's tried the no huddle and the hurry up and all, but there is something just not clicking. Vandy looks absolutely lost behind the center right now. If you're speeding up something that you don't understand, the result is going to be pretty messy.
