and too many non high seeds will probably win tourney automatic berths and bump more teams down to the NIT.

Looks less and less likely hawks will make the NIT which is too bad as they are tougher team than many who will. Especially based on some win loss stats and computer rankings poster earlier.

Hawks need to break into the top 5 of big ten regular season standings.

Who wants to go to the CBI? I do especially if the hawks got down to that best of 3 championship round.

This. Our younger players could use all the experience they can get. And I'd be willing to bet Matt Gatens doesn't think he's above playing in the CBI.
