Honestly the Big Ten deserves it, trying to come up with cute names for all these trophies and divisions was just dumb, so now they get the egg on their face that they deserve.

Not really, I just think it was stupid to come up with names for all these trophies and now look how stupid the Big Ten looks.
It is the Big Ten Championship trophy, that's all, there was no need to give it a name and be cute.

Just be glad that they didn't let a sponsor design it. 
Except, those are all named for dead guys that can't do anything to screw it up anymore.

If Paterno had died within the last year, and then all of this came out, it would still be tarnished. The Lombardi Trophy was renamed after Lombardi died suddenly.
Being dead keeps you from doing something stupid. It doesn't erase your past sins that haven't been uncovered yet.

I didn't say it wasn't a word, but it is 3rd grade grammar. Ain't is a word as well but it isn't correct grammar either.
Anyway I'm not going to lose any sleep over the fact that someone thinks I'm stupider than the Big Ten on a message board.

Well, you really are acting like it on this occasion. To suggest that it's justice for the Big Ten to have Paterno's legacy ruined by all of this is pretty stupid. Completely trivializes what happened to those boys.

Call it the Stagg-Chili Trophy. Sell the rights - use the money to pay the families affected by this tragedy and cover-up.
