I've had to stop reading at work for that very reason. I need my speakers on for work related activities and I can't turn them off everytime I want to check for updates. Hopefully Jon reconsiders.

This is the first ad that I've got here with Google Chrome. Hopefully this will stop..ad's I can live with. Ad's with audio blasting out of my speakers without my approval is not acceptable, and I will not go to a site that does that garbage.

I assume this is one of those things that Jon will take care of. Let's hope.

I really hate the ads. My internet is slow enough as it is and when we get that extra video garbage it just makes everything worse.

But yes, it's a price I'm willing to deal with.
