Also, the 2008 Purdue game in about 45 minutes & the Capital One Bowl vs LSU follows the 2009 game at Michigan State.

I'm starting to really hate the BTN. The only Iowa wins they ever show are on "Iowa" day. And they are usually the same three or four games. Outside of that, when I am spinning the dial and see an Iowa team on the BTN, I can count on it being an Iowa loss.

I would like to see the Michigan St. @ Iowa 2010 game again. I wish we could have executed like that in a few other games.

You are in luck. They are airing it this Saturday in the early morning and again in the afternoon.

I am tired of the BTN Saturday 2010 replays being the same damn games every week. How many times do we need to see Ohio St - Wisconsin and Michigan St - Notre Dame? Iowa has several games worthy of showing, namely @ Indiana and @ Michigan, but none of them have made the replay. We finally get a W game this week with the MSU game, but that will be the 1st.

Ask and you shall receive I guess. Just checked the BTN programming guide and Iowa @ Michigan will replay on Sat. July 23rd at 2pm. And the Mich St. game this Saturday replays at 5am and 3pm.

Okay...Just watched the Insight Bowl...again...got a question for you football experts. At the very end of the game..Reisner is running toward the endzone; some Mizzou guy hits him and he does kind of a front flip into the end zone. It doesn't count as a touch down. I didn't record it so I can't back it up and look. Did some part of his body hit the ground before he got there? It just didn't look like it to me. I've always wondered that from the first time I watched it. It even appears that Reisner himself thought it was a TD? So tell me....what am I missing?

I have rewatched that play several times and it appears that Reisner did not make contact with the ground until after the ball crossed the plane. If it had been more crucial to the outcome of the game, I think it would have been reviewed and called a TD. But they never showed a goal line view, so it was hard to say for sur.

Ok, so I just went a rewatched it. I thought so then and I think so now, the ball came down in his arm right on the goal line. I thought it was pretty classy to take a knee and not just cram it down their throats, though. But you bet he should get credit for it.

Good to see the bend don't break was used to perfection that game. I always hope to see us put up those type of high yardage games, but I like coming out on top even better.

Watched the 09 Michigan State - Iowa game last night. Both defenses were pretty salty that night. There was some real hittin going on all night and some pretty intense goal line stands. My wife was pretty bored with me making her watch the last play several times....but it was bliss.

This game, and the UNI game where we blocked two FG's to win are the only two games I've been to. Lucky to have two awesome games!
