Bob Rang has Bullard going in the first round based on his 2-23 mock draft. He also has Adrian going to minny with the 12th pick. I read where Reisner is now considered one of the top 100 players in the draft which could translate a number of ways. Given the reputation of a Hawkeye TE, I think good things will happen for him.

Good luck to Matt Bullard in the NFL. That would have to be the oldest draft pick in NFL history don't ya think?
I would love for Fran to get a guy like Matt Bullard. What an athlete. He had a long NBA career but if I remember right he was injured alot. He would be the oldest draft pick in NFL or NBA.

No problem, kind of thought it was funny. It did rattle my brain to remember Matt and the team back in the day when Iowa was a much respected program. It will be back and maybe by next year.I'm sorry, I had to be that guy.

Someones knows for sure because I have asked , but I think one other time two Hawks have gone in the first round ? What is the record for most Hawks drafted ? Ac, Ballard, Sash, Klug, Donahue, JV, Reisner, DJK mabye 8 drafted ?

1986 draft - 3 1st round players - Long, Harmon, Haight, in that order.
1997 draft - 2 1st round players - Knight, Verba, in that order
