I agree, didn't care to see "The Promise" again. But, it ended with the right images. Vince Young was the player of the decade, not even close IMO.

ISU has a nice coach. However its not like there arnen't dozens of other 3rd tier mid-major quality teams that had similar scenes where their coach said he was proud of his players. Interestingly I am sure most who watched the video didn't even know it was Iowa state...or that there even IS an Iowa State football team.

WHen I first watched it I thought it was Idaho State...which is pretty much the same thing.

As much as some of us rip on Ferentz for not outwardly displaying more passion or emotion during games, Iowa can be very proud to have a coach who does not act like a jerk during post-game press conferences or weekly pressers as some of these guys did.
