Boy Gene is arrogant piece of work isn't he

He makes Alford look like almost a great guy. Almost. I bet Gene can almost beat himself in a game of football. Almost.

Most coaches are arrogant in my opinion. Regardless, there were quite a few folks mocking Auburn and Gene when he got the job. Remember Charles Barkley's comments? I'm no Gene fan by any stretch...but he got the last laugh.

I agree guys like Saban, Belichek, Meyer, Mack Brown, Cheez nuts are arrogant, but what do they have that KF doesnt? Championships.

I tell you one thing. Gene got the last laugh on me. I thought he was going to fall flat on his face. I remember when i posted this.

The Chiz:From a Clown to the Crown... Makes u wonder about other ex-cyclone coaches. Maybe Jim Walden was Vince Lombardi walking around in Cyclone Gear.

McCarney already has what 2 national titles at Florida, so you never know.

Mark my words, Fairley will surpass Vince Young for one of the lowest Wonderlic scores at the combine. Neon Boudeaux style (think Blue Chips).

but yet he will still be a top 5 draft pick if not the #1 and get 40 million reasons to not give a s#%% about a wonderlic test

I always love a chance to bring this little nugget out of the coffer:

And he'll be bankrupt two years after he gets done playing, if not sooner.

The teams and agents put them in classes during their rookie year to teach them how to manage money now. In a few years you will see this go down with them losing all of their money. Before the teams would just give them these fat *** checks and throw them to the wolves.

1. The player has to actually be capable of learning something from a class (doesn't sound like Fairley).

2. The agent only cares about his 10%. Once the player is retired, the agent is gone.

did anyone else think auburns running back talked ridiculously fast? or was that just me? i was pretty inebriated so i may have just been functioning slower than usual
