He's had a chance to do so. Chose not to do so. He likes Central Iowa. His sidekick moved to a bigger market, didn't like it, and came back.

Wtf is up with you saying Neck Moines? Please explain because I'm not getting it and the others have answered your question. He has had opportunities to but like a lot of people he likes the Des Moines area.
