Called a perfect game. Only miscue by the offense was the delay of game that was Stanzi's fault. The mix of screens really caught BSU off guard and the offense showed tremendous improvement from last week to this week.

I'm not sure what is going on here but I too saw KOK send that play in with 23 seconds left on the play clock during that first series only to see Ricky standing over the ball counting the raindrops. Then I also saw KOK frantically signaling for a timeout as the clock ran down only to see Ricky wave him off. Today, KOK finally got it through Ricky's head to quit audibilizing out of the screen passes. He must have done that like a dozen times last week in Arizona. Oh yeah, and Ricky had mixed up the game plans. He actually thought he was playing Ball St in Muncie last weekend. That is why he was so ill-prepared for the blitz he saw at the end of the game. Who new Ball St could rush like that?

Dude it's Ball State. You could call a WR screen every play and win. You could call a draw every play and win. My grandma could have carried the ball on every down and Ball St still wouldn't have scored a single point.

I would have loved to see some of that playcalling last week. Little to late but a couple of those draws and screens woulda been nice to see.

Not if you play for Minnesota! I'm not sure they could beat Ball State.

The DOG penalty on the first drive was the refs fault.

It was supposed to have been a 25 sec clock reset (instead of the standard 45 seconds between plays), because of the uncertainty going on on the far sideline regarding the down & distance. The ref even blew the ball 'in play' @ the 20 second mark of the play clock and it should have reset to 25 @ that time, but did not.

5 seconds would have meant an eternity there & we likely get the sneak off...
