Logan Jones



KF has quite the run of having guys get these national honors. Pretty wild he was started out at DL and ended up being the nations best center. I laugh when I see recruits that don't want to make a position change. The track record at Iowa is pretty insane for these type of cases. Congrats to Logan, well deserved.

And to think Nebraska didn't want him because he was too small.
 


Yes, KF should be combing Parker's DL room for the next Remmington winner!!

This is a great achievement for Logan and a testament to KF's ability to identify and develop players.

Iowa has won just about every national position award under KF short of the Heisman (and whatever award WRs get).

I kind of thought Graves might have been converted into a LT early on. He seemed to work out pretty good at DT, though.

Below are all the NCFAA football awards which are generally regarded as the "legit" ones.

Ferentz has 15 award winners including Phil and himself, and not including the Kinnick Wave which won the Disney Spirit award in 2017.
