I keep thinking I will see some offense from Iowa. Not yet.

If the D doesn’t give up more points…they have a shot. One TD drive and one FG. Can this offense muster up 10 points in the 2nd half?

Brian isn't a confident play caller. He's out guessing himself. Two good runs, Goodsone comes out, they pass the ball and the drive stops.

I think they should pound the rock, there is plenty of time to do that.

The course of the game is Iowa has 3 scoring drives and they have 2. But the scoreboard tells the story of giving up sacks and negative plays by the offense.

Once again the D is playing about as well as you can ask them to. The O is the problem

The problem With Petras is we don’t have a lot of time for 3 and outs. Padilla has shown the ability to put together first downs. Why we abandoned the running game so early I don’t know.

That was not a TD, laporta dropped it even as he was hitting the ground. The pass was behind him, laporta almost made a really good catch, a pass just in front of him and he grabs that easily and runs out of bounds , TD. Not bagging on Padilla but he needs to be a little more accurate.
