Early Indiana/Iowa line

Iowa's defense should be able to contain Indiana's offense. But the question is Iowa's offense and Spencer Petras. Indiana's defense is improved, though it's tough to gauge how improved given how uneven the competition was last year. But if last year was any gauge, Indiana has a much improved, schooled, opportunistic defense. They got interceptions in just about every game they played. And the key is to keep Iowa's offense on the bench. Iowa's edge is defense and Kinnick.

They had a pretty stout defense last year. I am not sure what they lost but from what I have read, their returning defensive backfield is very good. This could be a game where we have to force the run to open up the pass. And Petras may be forced to make some plays. I am a little surprised at that spread, I thought it would be a smaller number.
