KF has been quoted on numerous occasions as saying that they would certainly take a dual threat, but that Iowa's program isn't exactly conducive to attracting those types. I'd also say that when it comes to a dual threat, the staff would certainly prefer a throwing QB that happens to be a good runner, rather than a good running QB that can sling it a little bit.
