That’s the narrative, but Wisconsin last year and penn state in 2017 both came in highly ranked and came out with wins.

Kinnick is a tough place to play at night, but for a superior team physically it’s not impossible. That being said, I’m not sold on penn state. I don’t think hamler is going to torch Iowa’s defense with stone in the backfield. That guy doesn’t miss open field tackles.
