Jay Scheel

For a variety of reasons, I do not think we will ever see a Iowa offense remotely close to that '02 offense ever again under Ferentz. A lights out offense will be under a new regime.
Wow you guys are something. Sorry for apparently being a complete dumbass. What I meant by my post was that Jay Scheel received more votes than any other player by far. Sorry if you couldn't understand what I was trying to imply with my post. Guess I should stay over at Scout.

Thank you for the info.

There is some ribbing that goes on over here on this site from time to time, but most of the time it is harmless. That was actually pretty mild compared to some comments I have read.

I'm a little skeptical on KF ever airing it out. The only time I saw that done under KF was the year we had no running backs due to injuries. If memory serves me right I believe Stanzi was the QB and that might have been the year we won the Capital One game against LSU. I hope GD wasn't just talking and that he truly lets CJ run the offense. If that is true it could be a very entertaining season.

I just hope you're joking =p

Tate, not Stanzi.

That was one steam roller of an offensive line.

Read the article. Scheel got 7 votes. J Smith got 2 and four other guys got 1. Scheel is clearly the player that stands out most. Not a "majority" of votes, but a statistically dominant plurality.

Yeah, sort of like when Hillary gets 46% of the vote and wins the presidency this year, if that helps explain it.
