Sorry if this has already been posted..but good to see this upgrade FINALLY happen. Now, I wonder if, like the football scoreboard, 2/3 of it will be ads.

Dang, now I'm jealous as that thing looks nice and big. Maybe some day we can replace the crappy video/scoreboard at Hilton (along with the really crappy sound system). Hilton needs some TLC, maybe Carver getting upgrades will force Pollard to put some more money into Hilton

So many cyfans are pushing ISU as a basketball school I'm surprised Pollard hasn't pumped some money into Hilton like he did with the football stadium. Maybe he thinks the fans will come no matter what.

And he would be right. One thing we can't make fun of Cyfans about is their basketball attendance.

I was really disappointed in how they added all those new screens to Kinnick only to fill them up with advertisements instead of stats and replays. I hope that isn't the case with these.

Aside from the Mediacom logo being black and the Tiger Hawk logo being outlined in gold at midcourt I don't see any major changes. Which is fine, we already had a cool design. I think ESPN ranked us top 10 court design this year even.

Courts still wear out, it's not as though the sole purpose of doing so is for a new design - that's just an opportune time to do so.
I'm not sure about NCAA but the NBA requires new floors at least every 10 years.

I think they had to remove it anyway to do the scoreboard updates, so might as well do a new court at the same time.
