I think it remains to be seen. I think he took over a sinking ship. Bo put up decent records but the whole thing was falling apart at the seams. Reilly is trying to create a totally different culture there, and that's not easy. With that said, the way they have lost some games makes him seem, for lack of a better word, incompetent. I thought it was a strange hire. If this doesn't work, they may fall pretty fast for awhile.
