B1G West Teams today

Minnesota, Illinois and Northwestern aren't exactly tearing it especially Illinois. Way too early but hopefully that bodes well for us.

Today will tell us a lot. If we can win comfortably against Pittsburgh then I really feel good about our chances this season. Not that Pittsburgh is a juggernaut by any means, but they're pretty comparable to the majority of the B1G West.

Minnesota last year reminds me of Nebraska basketball a couple years ago. They pull a miracle season out of their *** and everyone thinks it will continue into the next year.

I'm surprised how poorly Illinois is playing. UNC isn't very good.

Then perhaps Illinois isnt that good. I watched some of the game and Lunt doesnt like to scramble or run so pressure him and shutdown the run and probably high chance hawks win that game.

Maryland might be better by the time they visit Iowa City and anything goes playing Minny.

Remember that two recent, pretty decent above avg hawk teams in '10 and '11 lost to really bad goofer rat teams.

The goofers really are the conference equivalent to the clowns for us.....ugh....hopefully we aren't scratching our heads in score comparing...trying to figure out why they can't score against x but they have 41 against us at halftime

Putrid offense with an overgrown fullback playing QB. Kill has got to get a real QB one of these days. Their D is decent but O is iffy. I wanna kill those guys down the line.
