Iowa - Quarterback U

Who else has two starting quarterbacks in the B10 right now? Ok, other than Ohio State. God, if I'm a Michigan man, the depths they have fallen to be starting a second string Iowa QB. I've got a few friends who went to Michigan...they avoid that discussion.

I wonder if there are any Iowa people still wondering if KF kept the right guy.

Would've been nice if the traitor Ruddock had stayed at Iowa to backup CJ, though. Peace of mind is always good.
If you were a two year starter from out of state and lost your job, AND had the opportunity to transfer to an historic program and play without sitting out a year...you'd have made the same decision.

And so would just about any other QB in that situation. It sucks not to have an experienced backup, but I don't fault Jake at all for that decision.

This. It is early, but it looks like it is going to work out for everyone. JR only has to lead Michigan to 6 or 7 victories, he is a transition QB in a transition year for Michigan.

Iowa really did have something a lot of programs don't... not only a serviceable starting QB, but 2. Sometimes it's hard to understand what you have without some prospective, the current situation, the way it's unfolded has allowed that for Iowa fans.
