I don't know if there is room in this years class for another 6-6 swing player (especially a Juco), but he seems ready to sign on the line that is dotted... if he gets the chance.

Read this quote about the young man on a recruiting site. A tall, athletic shooter with range is what the team needs. Sounds like he'd jump on an Iowa offer too.

I don't think the interest is mutual at this point. Cherry wants a scholarship but Fran knows the team is loaded with wings and needs a big man and or pg. Unfortunate for Cherry but that is why Fran slowed on his recruitment once the 2015 players started to commit.
