Update on Micah Hyde and Mike Daniels from Packerland

Comments on Micah: "Rookie Micah Hyde would seem a natural candidate (safety/corner option) as well because of his awareness and ball skills, though Packers appear hesitant to increase his responsibilities this early in his career. He is practicing at outside CB as well as nickel and dime slot CB." Dom Capers: "Micah, he's playing 2 or 3 positions right now and you don't want that to set him back, because he's made really good progress." Mike Daniels is also a "lock" to make the 53 man roster. "Daniels has been on of the team's best inside rushers in camp and plays with great leverage and violence, though at 6' he still occasionally gets swallowed up." Hyde "...has been a camp sensation and might force his way onto the field in dime personnel." Wahoo!!

I don't believe Hyde had a sack tonight. A qb hurry tonight and a sack last week.

i saw him against the rams - and he looked the NFL part and more. really solid. the packers put him in situations that a rookie does not usually get put in - and he looked great. also he appears bigger than last season.

Geez, I posted my stuff prior to the game last night...they even had the guy returning punts! Did he play other special teams positions? Probably. His blitz skills showed up big time last night. Really happy for him!

It was, on whomever #33 is for Seattle. Seahawks will be very good this year.
