Class of 2009 and 2010 Football Classes should be contributing this fall

I'm sure Miller is a good person, good teammate, good student, and works his tail off. However, as a football player he struggles making open field tackles, and if you're going to play safety in the B1G that cannot be a weakness.

What team do you coach or what position do you play? I want to evaluate your film and give judgment on a message board.

from 2-deep released today for NIU:
From 2009 Class: 3 starters (Boffeli, Alvis and Van Slotten) and 2 back-ups (Cotton, MacMillian)

From 2010: 10 starters and 2 backups w/Donnal being a former starter.

From 2011: 6 starters and 10 second teamers

so the 2010 and 2011 class have been very fruitful it would seem on paper, but of course now they need to go out and show it in B1G. 2008 and 09 classes doomed the past two seasons IMO with attrition especially on D.

seriously Class of 2009 as a whole stunk. I'm not belittling guys who were injured and contributed, just that you expect better than 7 guys playing their SR/RS SR year... 5 guys expected to contribute this year plus Davis and Hyde who graduated.

So out of 19 players only MacMillian, Bofelli, Van Sloten, Cotton, Hyde, Davis, Alvis and Rogers contributed plus Wegher for a year. 50%.
