hawks vs nebby III

But would mean we likely plan for a championship...3 wins in the BIG tourney and its a lock...

If not...theres a lot wrong with the system.

We can beat anyone this year. If we play 2 complete games in a row we will make the finals. This time last year we needed a miracle to beat Michigan State. This year we just need to play good.

Nebraska currently has an RPI of 98. Will they stay in the top 100 even if they lose to Ohio State on a neutral court?

I agree...but if Nebraska is one of those wins, I think a close loss to Ohio State would help more...

although your probably correct....this is Everything wrong with the system if a loss is EVER better than a win. Formulas and RPI, BPI, BMI, BMW, BTW can all go straight to He//.

I would rather win then lose...always. Our good "loss" then can come playing for a conference championship.....makes me sick.

Again...this is BCS mentality.....more is better than less, and, more late is better than more early.

Beating NU and Neb doesn't move the needle. SoS not enhanced. Neutral scenario at best.

And IMO, the system is just fine....been refined over the years...misses once in awhile, but 98% gets it right.

How often does the system get it wrong but the committee takes them anyway because the system told them to.
