how is wisky so good? is it because they have top athletes?

or is it because they win games and top athletes want to be on a winning team

remember when melvin gordon ran like an 80 yard touchdown on us at home? that hurt lol

Iowa lost Higdon to Michigan on signing day a few yrs back. He's turned out to be pretty good. He's not Melvin Gordon but they aren't using him in that way either. Iowa can always find RBs that can be effective.
Wisky is good because they have stud Olineman and mix things up on offense. It's not rocket science what they do. They play both tough and smart. Enough so that they don't need a stud QB to run their stuff. I'm not a fan of their QB at all but they have nothing to complain about with him so far this yr.
