Just for fun who do you think will make the finals from Iowa and win it.
My selections.7 in the finals with 4 champs,I don't think Dennis or Beatty will get to the finals.IMO

I like the following:
125- Lose; Escobedo is too tough
141- Win; might be against the grain here, but I liked what I saw at the end of the Humphrey match
149- Win; just needs to expand his lead and not get caught at the end against Palmer
165- Lose; needs to figure out how to get out of the bottom with Howe
174- Win; no one here to really challenge; tournament OW
184- Win; going out on a limb a little bit here but he's been slowly building up for the postseason
HWT-Win; will get a tough go with Everhart, but he's got a lot of offense for a heavy

Unless someone knows different can we expect Chad to wrestle enough to qualify then default out to stay healthy and get some more rest or will he try and keep going in the Big 10 tourney?

I don't think that they have even thought about defaulting after qualifying at this point. Chad is improving by the day and fully intends to win the Big 10 tournament. He is doing everything in the room except for sprints and he is going double time on the bike during those sprints to make up for it. He is getting better by the day and is light years ahead of where he was last week already!

good to hear because I had doubts about him coming back when I was at the Ohio State meet as Chad still looked a bit gimpy

125 win. Escobedo is good, but I haven't seen a reason why to pick against McD.
133 win. Dennis version 2010 is M* jr. He'll win in the semi's and finals by a combined 2 points, and at least one of those will be in overtime.
149 win.
174 win.
197 win.

133: Dennis wins ????? not sold just yet but got a gut feeling
141: Marion wins!!! I called it remember that!!
149: Metcalf wins no brainer!
165: Morningstar losses in ot. Howe will do nothing but win on riding time
174: Jaybo wins another no brainer!!!
184: Keddy wins after Dergo gets upset by Pucillo
197: Beatty wins it I feel a lot better about him now!!!
HWT: Danimal wins
