Wow ending of the Michigan game

Why it is important to make those free-throws. Don't leave an opening. Houston let a golden opportunity slip away.

Free throws missed throughout the game not just last 2 mins are huge in close games. I'm surprised more teams/coaches don't emphasize them more. Woodbury might be one of the few players I remember who came in shooting them at like 50ish percent but then improved to be about a 70ish percentage guy. Granted he wasn't a volume guy who'd shoot 6 or more of them a game but he got better at them. Most kids it seems like just either are good or they aren't.
