Those last 13 minutes of the first half were brutal on defense. The lane was wide open without Woody in there and it showed.
It was great he played so much in the 2nd half. Many of the hawks were way behind on defense and I hope it was just going on a long flight to the Jersey shore.
Their footwork was bad and they didnt have much help defense.
The second half was getter but they need to shore this up for the remaining games.
On the positive notes, great offense, ball movement, overall rebounding, protecting the ball. Jok and Clemmons shot well and Uhtoff had a very good shooting nite. Gesell a little banged up according to Fran. Uhl had a tough nite defensively and shooting but got some big boards in the 2nd half.
Wagner has some very good moves inside 15 ft.
