Are the women getting any decent recruits. I think wih a bigger gal to go with the oe they got they could be pretty decent next year. I never here about who they're recruting and can't find anythig on the internet

On page 6 of today's women's game thread someone posted about it.

They need to get a couple of chunky gals that can play. They've been pushed around on the inside the last two games. Today, it caught up with them.

Sorry it's page 5 and yes the girls need to hit the weight room or gain a few lbs. We all know gaining weight is out of the question. LOL.

Recruits are: Chase Coley a 6'3 forward, Christina Buttenham a 6' forward (Canadian), Whitney Jennings a 5'6 guard, and Carly Mohns a 6'1 forward. Next year the best hope for
some interior help may be Nicole Smith a 6'4 center who will be a junior, but did not play much this year-partly due to injuries. I think we can look for Alexis Kastanak to replace Taylor in the line up and although she's a guard she has good size at 6'1. Better depth and size next year and we easily should contend next year.

I've been impressed with them. I thought they were going to take it today. I still don't know what the deal was with that technical, it did not look to me like she was out of order. It seemed to me like she was complaining about a call like any coach does, not even really yelling or anything. I think a healthy smith next year should help a lot too. Kastanak does have a good future too.

On a side not, I hope they don't get too chunky. They did beat Penn State and that team is full of big big girls. Plus I can honestly say that every woman on this team is attractive, I don't think I could say that for any other team in the big 10.
