Wisconsin clever?

Is Wisconsin just smarter at "playing the RPI game?" They just are not that good, but appear to be by using the RPI... yet they do not have a signature game. They have not beaten a single team that is worthy of their rating. They are hanging their hat on a win over UNLV? It just doesn't seem right.

UNI has mastered the rpi game. Wisconsin had tough non-conf. just 3 weeks ago people were calling unlv a sleeper final four team.

Apparently, they have figured out that winning 20 games and having a winning conference record is the secret...no signature wins don't matter, but bad losses do...an Iowa loss or two is not looking as bad as it once was, but Iowa losing in the non-con the way they did still makes them bad losses.

Im pretty sure the committee looks at the quality wins at the end of the season more than the bad losses at the beginning of the season.
