I know Iowa's recruiting is complete for 2016, but with the focus on 2017 I see a very intriguing prospect right in our own backyard.
That prospect is WR Will Ulmer.
He's 6-2/195 from Washington, D.C. who transferred from Maryland and is at Iowa Western C.C. He was a dual threat QB in high school and made a position switch to WR at Maryland during his redshirt year. I read that he was the fastest player on the team and has already visited Louisville. I hope Iowa makes an offer to him.
I think we have a shot since he played high school ball with DB Omar Truitt at St. John's College and would know many of the other players from the DC area.
