I don't see Kirk as a guy who coaches into his late 60s.Currently sits at 104 as a head coach through 15 1/2 years. The last 10 years he has averaged 8.5 wins per. He would need to coach another 11 years ( age 67) most likely to get close to 200.
Does he have a son younger than James?
