Why play a team that literally has nothing else to play for other than beating Iowa and is going to treat it like the Super Bowl and may rise to a different level of playing for that one game just because it's a rivalry while Iowa gains nothing from a win other than state pride which means absolutely nothing nationally, which is really what Iowa is competing for now. We should have waived Iowa State's privilege of playing us a long time ago.
