UNI - 2010 (???)
ISU - 2000 (Lost to MSU in Elite 8)
Iowa - 1999 (Lost to UConn in Sweet 16)

I think 1987 was the UNLV game, might have been 88.

That was 1987. We got our revenge over UNLV in the 1988 tournament, but I would trade that 1988 win ten times over for a win in 1987's game..

I agree, that team had what it took to go all the way and I was starting to think they were going to do it until we let that UNLV game get away from us.

I have to admit that I still am not completely over that game, even 23 years later. I'm not sure I ever will get over it either, unless somehow a coach can get us to the Final Four again and exercise the demons.
