I think it may be a freshman running back and I think C FED will win us a huge game with a big late catch in the end zone.......6'8" TE.......Oh man I can't wait.

I will go with Coker and FED

I think the most important backups will be on the D-Line, with having so many leaving after this year.

I'll say Zusevics, if he doesn't get a starting nod...he's 6'5" and gotta be closing in on 280lbs by now...definitely the biggest...

Judging by the statesments of the coaching staff, they are pretty secure about covering most of the vacancies left by graduation and leaving for the NFL. It just seems that the staff is confident that they have an opportunity to not only play starters, but to build some experience without fear.

I read where Jeff Daniels is considered a solid defensive lineman to come in. The competition for center means that two solid players are available.

Marcus Coker rb. I feel this kid is too talented to not make an instant impact right away. Judging the spring rb issues this kid may get more of a look.

On defense I'll say Tyler Nielsen....I think he has the speed/athleticism to excel as Iowa's SAM LB.

On offense, I'll also say Markus Zusevics....KOK said he may be the most improved player on the entire team throughout the spring...we need an impact guy to develop on the OL...I think Zus will be the guy.

I would like to see Dominic Alvis (RE Freshman--Logan Magnolia) set up and see some serious playing time.
