Who is gonna step up for the Hawks offensively

We can basically expect Jok and Uthoff giving us 40 a game, but that's obviously not enough. We need our secondary scorers to step it up. I expected Mike to step his offensive game up a bit, especially after that 25 point performance against MSU... but he has stayed around his 8 point average.

It doesn't even have to be the same guy every night, it can be Uhl one night and Mike the next. Or even Woody or Baer. If anyone could step up and take some pressure off the primary scorers, it would be much appreciated. 11 - 14 points a night would be nice.

Woodbury has a few double doubles this year and averages over 8. Gesell averages over 8.

Clemmons never plays particularly well at Penn State but most definitely has been that 3rd scorer. He had scored in double figures 7 out of 8 games going into the Penn State game...and the other game he scored 9. He's averaging 11.3 over his last 9 games...when including the 6 point game at Penn State.

So the 40 from Jok and Uthoff plus the 17 from Woodbury and Gesell combined plus the 11 from Clemmons is 68. The bench is averaging 17 for the season. So if the bench can just score 12 collectively we're at 80 which is enough if we get back to playing good defense. We needed the week off to get our legs and mental edge back IMO. So the defense should be improved starting Wednesday.
