Why not just offer them the job. For some odd reason, half of the people here think the most important thing the next coach can do is get people to watch, and I assure you if we had an aging, B list, douchy hipster roaming the sidelines in a sideways trucker hat, people would come to watch it.

You just gave me a brain storm...I think we just save the cash and have a celebrity guest coach for every game...let's see what Steve Deace and Jon Miller celebrity guest co-coaches can do!
