What time do we find out who's going to what bowl? I'm sorry if I missed it somewhere on here, but I honestly couldn't find it/time/station/etc

I saw on twitter Insight was going to announce at 7:15 central time. I'm assuming however that there will be some insiders that leak the info early so we could start knowing at any time between now and then.
