Here are a few things that I like after seeing the game from Thursday:
1. The most obvious, Iowa blowing out a team they should.
2. The starters not being forced to play 30+ minutes becuase they can't accomplish No. 1.
3. The singlemost important thing for this season if Iowa is going to take a step forward: there is a bench with capable players.
4. The ball movement, if there is precise ball movement open looks will be plentiful.
5. Iowa hitting open shots with good ball movement. Did not exist last year.
6. Multiple shooters this season, Gatens doesn't have to hit every three and so far, he looks relaxed on the floor not forcing anything.
7. White and Oglesby don't stop moving, this will create a ton of good looks for them as the season continues.
Feel free to add on, there are things in the game I didn't like, but the positives far outweigh the negatives.
