What has Barta learned from the hiring of Todd Lickliter. Or has he learned from this?

Maybe one thing is don't use a professional search agency (As I understand it, Indiana also used a professional search agency to find a replacement and their coach isn't exactly turning things around there). Also, rely on your connections, experience and knowledge to pick a new coach. Listen to those in the know and input from the players.
