I hope he gets a chance to battle for that position again. I followed Beets when he was at Kennedy. He first went out for wrestling as a sophomore, and wrestled with complete funk and brute strength. To see him become a D1 AA last year was amazing.
I know he got beat out, but wondered if he has a health issue or something else is up. I saw he was also pinned by someone from a smaller school earlier this year. He dominated Scott Glaser last year and I thought he was really putting it together. He lost his wrestle-off 1-0 so I wonder if he will have another shot?
Wolf was dominated by Lofthouse last night. Maybe that's just a good sign Ethan is turning things around after a dismal weekend and not just that Wolf is that bad.
