What half court offense would you like to see Iowa run?

Motion, Flex, dribble drive, Princeton, 4 out 1 in, swing, ucla, etc?

Obviously we can't seem to shoot straight from the outside and our strength appears to be in the front court. White seems to be a slasher and Woody has become more offensive minded. To bad we could not run some more offense generated out of baseline cutters and feeding the post in some flex/swing looks. Try to go inside out with this team.

What half-court options would you all like to see?

I like the iso with Clemmons while everybody watches him play. That one has potential.

One that feeds the post more than twice each half. One that takes advantage of our front court size and length. One that takes advantage of Woody's exceptional passing skills and AW's skill on the block. One that can go inside out so the defense collapses and might result in open 3s instead of running guys baseline to baseline and then forces 3s with a hand in their face.

Anything that can score consistently.

Everyone in my section was becoming extremely annoyed at our guards not feeding the post. It's definitely not a coaching problem.

I watched it over and over tonight. Our post player would have perfect position and our guard would look at him, do a pass fake, then pass the ball to another guard. You won't get easier post feeds than the ones they were passing up so I don't know what they want.
Unless Fran tells them specifically to avoid feeding the post at all costs, it's not a coaching problem.

These guys are so fundamentally poor it isn't even funny. What's even more discouraging is Fran gave credit to the ISU defender on one of Whites horrible turnovers early in the 2nd. First, what in the **** are you even doing throwing a pass to 5'10 Mike Gesell under the hoop and 2nd, at least use a ball fake instead of throwing it right into the arms of a stationary defender who was doing nothing except playing with his hands up.
